Heathrow transfers: frequently asked questions
How long does it take from Salisbury to Heathrow?
Usually around an hour and a half for the 75 miles, depending on traffic. For departures we agree a pick-up time with you that leaves a good margin for the M3 and M25 at busy times.
Which Heathrow terminals do you cover?
All of them: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Tell us your terminal and flight number when you book.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the collection time at no extra cost. You also have 60 minutes of free waiting after landing for passport control and baggage reclaim.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is for the whole vehicle, one way, including VAT. An Executive Saloon or Business Saloon takes up to 3 passengers; the 8-seat minibus takes up to 7 passengers with luggage. For larger groups we have 16-seat minibuses.
Do you collect from villages outside Salisbury?
Yes. The prices shown are from Salisbury (SP1, SP2) and Amesbury. For a pick-up or drop-off more than 15 miles outside the Salisbury area we add £20. A return journey is booked as two transfers.
